Palestinian fishing boats on Monday evening sustained damage when the Israeli occupation navy attacked Palestinian fishermen off the coast of the besieged Gaza Strip.
According to the fishermen committees in Gaza, Israeli gunboats targeted fishermen and their boats during their presence within six nautical miles off the shore of Gaza City.
Some boats reportedly sustained damage, but luckily no one was hurt in the attack.
A spokesperson for the Israeli occupation army claimed that a warplane bombed a fishing boat carrying smuggled weapons off the coast of Gaza, but later he deleted his remarks in this regard.
In another incident, Israeli military vehicles and bulldozers on Tuesday morning infiltrated into an agricultural area in Beit Lahia in northern Gaza, amid sporadic gunfire.
According to local sources, the military vehicles advanced dozens of meters into an agricultural border area in the northwest of Beit Lahia before bulldozers leveled lands and made mounds of dirt in the area.
Israeli troops also fired live ammunition and smoke grenades to provide cover for the infiltrating units.
