A Palestinian workman suffered a bullet injury on Wednesday morning when Israeli soldiers opened fire at him near the separation fence’s gate in Dhaher al ‘Abed village near Ya’bad town in Jenin.
Local sources told a reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Israeli soldiers at the gate of the separation fence opened fire at a young worker as he was trying to cross from that area into Israel (the 1948 occupied lands).
The worker suffered a bullet injury in his lower extremity. The local sources did not state if the wounded citizen was arrested afterwards.
In recent weeks, eight Palestinian workmen suffered bullet injuries during their attempts to reach workplaces inside Israel.
