Israeli warplanes targeted sites in areas of Gaza strip early on Thursday.
Several explosions were heard in different parts of Gaza, a southern city in the coastal enclave, according to Shehab’s reporter.
Israelis claimed the attack was in reaction to a rocket fire from Gaza to Nirim, an Israeli town located near the border with the Gaza Strip, about 7 kilometers east of Khan Yunis.
In recent weeks, the Israeli forces have launched several attacks on Gaza strip by fighter jets, helicopters, and artillery.
IOF also uses drones over the impoverished region either to monitor and photograph Palestinians in the blockaded coastal enclave or launch aerial attacks against targets.
