The Israeli occupation forces today demolished a Palestinian house in Silwan, a neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem, under the pretext it was built without a permit, according to the house owner.
Members of the Abbasi family said that staff from the occupation municipality protected by Israeli occupation forces broke into their one-floor house in Silwan and forced the family to leave it before proceeding to demolish it.

Palestinians in East Jerusalem say they are forced to build without a permit because getting one from the occupation municipality that discriminates against them is an almost impossible task, particularly in Silwan, which is adjacent to the Old City of Jerusalem.
